No more shuffling through paper.
Anyone who sees me taking report asks 1000 questions about my book, even physicians are taking pictures of it to find out more about it!”

I love my Moxie report book.
It's easy to use, has space for everything I need to know for my patients, small enough to put in my scrub pockets. Everyone on my unit that sees it asks where I got it.

This little book is so convenient and easy to use
there’s been a lot of staff asking where I got it because it’s so neat! Highly recommend to make nursing life a little easier.

Great tool!!
So much easier than paper report sheets and attractive at the same time. Everything is nicely presented and I have my fish bones!

Since the Report Book is reusable, there's no need to print paper for every shift.
I love this book! I used her free template throughout school to try it out before purchase and enjoyed the layout. Committed to the report book for work and it’s excellent! When I have additional notes I just throw a sticky note on the page, but I typically have plenty of room for 12 hours of notes. The quality is great and the size is perfect for my pockets. I do use a full size alcohol wipe when cleaning the full page, but the small ones are always around at work for smaller erasing.
I’ve used it 6 shifts so far, and I’ve told everyone I work with about them
I’m a student RN and this notebook is a great way for me to be able to organize report and keep a to do list for my patients
I appreciate this report book because it helps me track the most important information about my patients.
It prompts me on info i should know before rounding on patients. I found using purell hand sanitizer pump and a cloth it was easier and faster to clean then a lot of little alcohol wipes
Reliable, right-sized hip pack for EMTs—already boss-approved
Picked this up on Facebook and it’s ideal for shift work. Compact but roomy enough for my Blank Report Book, Sharpie pens (included + a few extras), alcohol wipes, a mini flashlight, keys, an N95 mask, and my cell phone. It sits comfortably, stays out of the way when lifting, and makes grabbing what I need quick and easy. I’ve gotten several compliments on it—my boss even called it “smart and professional.”
Pros: perfect size, stays put, easy access, neat organization.
Wish list: a dedicated flashlight loop would make it flawless.
I purchased the blank page notebook, it is perfect. It allows me to customize to my needs. Great idea, great product.
Amazing to keep everything organized on the neuro/trauma/surgical ICU
Lo e them and recommend them to all of my coworkers.
Very good at staying organized with patients, fits in my scrub pants side pocket and replaces sheets of paper daily. No more running back to my computer to reference a patient. Lots of compliments from coworkers and the purple wipes all around the work does an amazing job to clean up the marker writing. Give time to let dry or it smudges and takes off writing.
