Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Click Here to visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Reusable Report Book within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your Report Book for any reason in the first 30 days you can process a request for a full refund. We apologize in advance but we cannot accept returns if you have used an unapproved markers or cleaners on the Report Book or if it has been more than 30 days since purchase.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Apparel and Mask Items. We do not accept returns on these items unless the item is damaged. Sizing exchanges may be issued if the item is still in unused and new condition. Please contact hello@moxieprn.com for requests.
  • Clearance items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.


What are the refund options?

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Initial shipping costs of the purchased item are non-refundable.
