Directions
- Place your Report Book on a firm, flat surface and open the cover.
- Place your pages in the order you receive them on the right hand side of the book.
- One at a time push the page onto the coil from the top to bottom.
- Repeat with the other pages.

Just wasn't quite the layout I was looking for. I have the med surge notebook and was adding ICU leaflets to it. But the layout is odd because it appears that the layout should be left Page right page but the back of the first page doesn't seem to be usable because the other side of it is on the very back of the third page. I would have expected page one to be blank and page two and three b open left and right and then four and five and then six and seven and Page 8 being blank as well.
This is my 3rd time purchasing, (about 1 book a year), i love the flow, it keeps me organized and fits in my pocket.
Nothing better than being organized!
I like the pages. But the spine broke. It would be nice to get a replacement. Also. I highly recommend using a dry erase fine point. It erases easier. The sharpie is nice, and it stays put. But it takes a bit to erase when you dc and get admits
Kind of misleading. Yes you get 3 pages; but because they are front and back when you pop them in you only get 2 full patients back to back. I needed 3…. So either i buy another set of 3 or just buy the full book as I should have done in the begining.
