My favorite report book

I have been using this report book since 2020- I replace it every couple of years bc if certain colors tend to stain the pages and it ends up looking dingy- which u would think I would remember which colors do that, but I never do. Black, blue, and turquoise always work and always wipe clean. . HOWEVER, that does not deter me from purchasing them over and over! I am a travel nurse which means I float all of the time and I love having a report sheet that is the same every time! It fits perfectly in any scrubs top pocket….and saves paper. I always get extra blank sheets in case I need to write a more lengthy report or to take notes throughout the day. I would recommend this to anyone who values organization and routine!

I love it

I love the book, it makes taking and giving report so easy. It also makes it simpler to keep track of my patients throughout the day. I did take one star away because if you use the black marker it stains and doesn’t want to clean. I ordered a colored pack from Amazon and haven’t had issues with any other color.

I bought this product and misplaced it. I could not do without. So I had to order another one to replace it. I will recommend it to anyone looking for simplicity and workflow in nursing.

Poor customer service

The package was sent with no street address and I never received a response to my email requesting it be sent to the correct address or to receive a refund. Can't say whether or not I would have liked the product since I never received it and no one will answer my email.
