Good purchase overall for a new grad nurse. It helps me organize my thoughts and plan out my shift. My only real suggestion for improvement is to label the fishbone for what Labs go in which slot. I don't have the pattern memorized yet and having them labeled would be a big help.

It took me some adjusting to going back to using report sheets but I want to be the best nurse possible!! So I’m writing everything down because let’s face it, when we get older we forget things! I think it’s helping a lot.
