I’m an ortho nurse and this is my absolute favorite report book ever! I have to admit that I had to more or less memorize our report sheets first because we have a flow when giving report, there’s a certain expectation, but once I had it down pat it was easy to report off from my book. Great thing is that it DOES erase easy each day OR I keep it in my locker when I come back the next day and don’t erase anything (just updates from night shift). It definitely fits in my scrub jacket. I will say, use thin sharpie ONLY, because using thick dark sharpie is harder to erase and leaves permanent marks (only downside I’ve experienced). I get a ton of compliments from all staff, super awesome!

I love using it for my shifts at the hospital and not having to waste a bunch of paper. I would stay away from the red and pink sharpie pens on it though. You really have to scrub to get those two colors to come off. Not sure why.
