ICU Report Book

My first ICU report book had finally bit the dust, making it through nursing school and my first year as an RN. So, I bought a new one, but with extra pages! The improved design included a nicer feel on the cover, an extra page at the front for general notes, and improved erasure (at least for now). I added the extra pages so I can include more HPI for my more complicated patients, and it has been perfect. I love the report book because I can record various measurements and assessments on the fly, which is great for busy fast-paced days when I can’t get to the chart right away. My extra pages also mean I can get everything in my book from report, which makes my hand-offs very smooth. I am hoping some of the material improvements translate to a longer life, but even if it only lasts another two years, I’m a customer for the rest of my career!

So easy to use and has everything you need for ICU patients.

I am so glad I purchased this report book. I work in a five bed ICU and bought the ICU packet with extra blank pages. I thought I would be ok with just enough for three patients because that's the max a nurse can have here BUT I will probably order some more inserts in case I get pulled to Medsurg. Not only do I have extra space for patient information but I have the inside cover filled with extensions and MD contact info. I have gotten multiple compliments about it. The ONLY thing I have to even grumble about is after a 12 hour shift, I have to use a melamine sponge to get it completely clean but still, it's not too terrible.
I'm impressed with the durability. Not once have I had issues with the pages falling out. I haven't attempted to fill the spray bottles yet but maybe I'll remember to do that soon. Great creation! I look forward to seeing what else you will create for nurses!

Love the upbeat vibes from the covers. I rotate between this one and previous one. I wish there was a cloth that came with it.
