Directions

  • Place your Report Book on a firm, flat surface and open the cover.

I bought a Med/Surg notebook, along with L&D pages and three blank pages. Totally worth it! Perfect for taking report, getting vitals, and taking notes throughout the day at clinical. Totally recommend for all nursing students like myself.
