Directions

  • Place your Report Book on a firm, flat surface and open the cover.
  • Place your pages in the order you receive them on the right hand side of the book.
  • One at a time push the page onto the coil from the top to bottom.
  • Repeat with the other pages.

Good product

I like this notepad because it makes it so easier to take and/or give report. Although sometimes the sharpie will come off and the info would get a bit messy.

I’ve been doing the classic paper with random notes for a while but always wish I had a harder surface to write on and something easier to quickly flip through patients. I hated the clipboard as it’s clunky and weighs a lot in your pockets. This is a perfect alternative, set up in a very smart and user friendly way with lots of check marks to be able and jot down during a fast report. Highly recommend

It keeps me so organized. I like the blank pages for additional information in history. You can literally have up to eight patients if you add the extra pages.

Good product
