It's really nice and it would be perfect except for epidural is spelled wrong.

The title is fine and works well for the product.
I would like to see a form that is a little more LDRP friendly. In the infant section I would like to see a place to note feedings both breast and bottle as well as diaper changes both urine and feces. The forms I purchased are perfect for L&D just would like to see LDRP friendly version as well
